This Hobart Legacy HL300 30 qt. stand mixer comes with a stainless steel 30 qt. bowl, stainless steel bowl guard, beater, and a wire whip. The HL300 features a heavy-duty, three- speed, 3/4 H.P. motor that will stand up to your establishment's most demanding jobs. Plus, the gear transmission, stir speed function and shift on the fly controls allow for maximum versatility and the flexibility the control speeds consistently and even change speeds while the mixer is in operation.

The HL300 also has a 15-minute smart-timer to automatically shut the machine off after the desired time for more consistent results and greater efficiency in your commercial kitchen. With automatic time recall, this mixer remembers the last time set for each speed--a great solution to better efficiency and consistency across multiple batches of the same product. Large and easy-to-reach controls allow for simple operation, making sure that even your newest employees can quickly learn the ropes.

The HL300 also has single point bowl installation for simple placement and removal and an ergonomic swing-out bowl for easy loading and unloading of product. Plus, a #12 taper attachment hub means that you can use this mixer to power other attachments (sold separately) to turn your Hobart mixer into the most versatile piece of equipment in your kitchen. The HL300 comes in a metallic gray, hybrid, powder-coated finish.

This unit has a 120V single phase electrical configuration.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!!! We have a 30 quart year 2016 Hobart mixer that mixes our pizza dough without any issues for the last 7 years. We bought this one thinking it would mix our dough the same way our old one does. Well it does not. It can't handle our dough weight. This makes absolutely no sense that our 2016 model can mix our dough and this new model cannot. Hobart cheapened their product and made this mixer weaker forcing the customer to buy a larger mixer and thus spend more money. No response from Hobart in Chicago or headquarters. They know their weight limits have dropped and will not respond. I know I am not the only restaurant owner who has experienced this! CHECK THE WEIGHT CHART BEFORE BUYING! These mixers are NOT AS WELL MADE and are weaker than the older models! Hope this helps AND PREVENTS a lot of buyers remorse!

    I love this mixer. It is running great and smooth, and we can set the time too. Really easy to use. Honestly i bought two of them second hand, one with the time set and one without. I love Hobart mixer.

    Hobarts are top of the line equipment and this is no exception - This is easy to clean, strong, allows for a lot of different configuration options. Our business would no operate the same without the power this thing gives us in making our dough

    I really love Hobart brand mixers in any bakery that i work in. They are easy to use, easy to clean and easy to maintain. I have always had good luch with this brand of mixer.
