Hobart HL800-1STD Details
Mix, whip, and knead a wide variety of products with this Hobart Legacy 80 qt. all purpose mixer with standard accessories! Boasting an 80 qt. capacity, this mixer can handle more than 60 lb. of cake batter, icing, pasta, and mashed potatoes, and up to 170 lb. of bread dough! Plus, its power bowl lift means less heavy lifting. This mixer comes with standard with an accessory package that includes a stainless steel bowl, "B" beater, "ED" dough hook, and bowl truck.
This mixer has 4 fixed speeds plus a stir speed. The power bowl lift raises and lowers the bowl at the push of a button. This unit features an ergonomic swing-out bowl and 50-minute smart timer with automatic time recall as well as a 3 hp motor, gear transmission, and safety mechanism system. Addiitionally, it has a stainless steel bowl guard with an open base as well as a metallic gray, hybrid powder-coat finish. This mixer requires a 200/240V, 3 phase connection and a 3/4 pipe tap for electrical connection.
