And, because of the insulated, durable stainless steel construction, the unit will retain heat while providing many years of faithful service.
This unit features electronic controls that are so easy to operate, even your newest employees will have no trouble using them! Three temperature setpoints per food well ranging from 122-212 degrees Fahrenheit allow you to steam, warm, and boil your products with the simple push of a button. During off-hours, you can set the unit to low power mode, which saves energy and lowers utility costs. For your convenience, this Hatco food well comes with two insets and two lids. This unit requires a 208/240V electrical connection.
