This electric range features 10 French-style sealed cast iron element plates, including (5) 8 7/8" burners and (5) 7 3/8" burners. These burners are independently controlled, allowing you to simultaneously cook multiple meals. This model includes a 19 3/8" high backsplash to protect your wall from damage. It also includes a back shelf to keep essential seasonings and supplies readily accessible.
This versatile range includes 2 standard ovens with a 31.8 kW output, giving you a convenient way to warm your delicious foods or even do a bit of baking. Its thermostatic controls adjust the temperature between 122 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate virtually any recipe. These ovens also include top elements for browning, making it easy to melt cheese or brown the top of food product. The 4 included oven racks, 2 per oven, can be used in multiple positions to easily arrange the ovens for your specific needs.
This 60" range features a type 430 stainless steel front and top with aluminized steel sides for long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. The metal control knobs are also extremely easy to wipe down. This unit has adjustable legs to provide stability on uneven floors and allow for easy cleaning underneath. It also has a handy kickplate to protect the internal components and allow for easy servicing. This unit requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation. It can also be converted to 1 phase.

Do not purchase! We got this unit in July 2025 for a busy kitchen. It worked for the first month and then the burners started going. We've had 2 service calls as of October 2025 & already have 4 of the 10 burners out again. Awful.
