It also includes a back shelf to keep essential seasonings and supplies readily accessible. This unit requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation. It can also be converted to 1 phase.

Do not purchase! We got this unit in July 2025 for a busy kitchen. It worked for the first month and then the burners started going. We've had 2 service calls as of October 2025 & already have 4 of the 10 burners out again. Awful.
