Now you can program your favorite recipes into your mixer so that any employee can make them. Speed, time, and program selections can be controlled with the simple push of a button.

For user convenience, no bowl guard is needed in order for this mixer to operate! This makes it easy to add ingredients and view every batch to keep your kitchen running smoothly. Should you desire a bowl guard, one is available (sold separately) to provide an added layer of safety. As an added safety feature, the bowl must be in the raised position before the mixer will run. A convenient audible alarm will sound if the bowl is not properly positioned. To make it easy to place the bowl, the spring-assisted bowl lift is simple and easy-to-use.

You can attach your Estella #5 meat grinder or pasta set (sold separately) to make the most of this unit and your precious counter space. To make using the hub attachments even easier, the bowl may be completely removed and the mixer will run without it. Keep in mind that the mixer head will still rotate when you are using a hub attachment.

This mixer requires a 120V electrical connection for operation and has an output of 600W.
