Great for sandwich shops, cafes, and bakeries, this motorized countertop unit will create uniform cuts on bread loaves that measure up to 6" x 18 3/4". The slicer can produce up 240 cuts per hour, meaning that you should never run out of product at an inconvenient time. In addition, it has a bread bagger to quickly ready product for the shelves.

Still holding up well after a few years. I do not like that you have to use a wooden stick to push bread through it though, since it has no built in pusher.
