Whether you need to cool, transport, and store full-size sheet pans or steam table pans full of product, this Channel AXD-UTR-20 accommodates up to 20 of either with ease! The 3 1/4" wide pan slides accept either pan type for optimum versatility, and the 3" of clearance between slides gives you plenty of room for deep steam table pans or sheet pans loaded with thick product. An excellent addition to any corrections facility, school, hotel, or other potentially abusive operation, this rack boasts a heavy-duty welded aluminum construction that is resistant to rust, so you know you're getting a unit you can count on, even in walk-ins or dishrooms.
The frame is made of 1 1/4" aluminum tubing and features 5" heavy-duty swivel plate casters with a 2" tread that not only support the rack's contents and permit smooth transportation from one station to the next, but also include Zerk grease fittings to guarantee long-lasting performance. This rack is shipped assembled for your convenience. The overall height includes the casters.

Owned this for 5 months so far, but I think it will last for about 20 years or more if we take care of it. The 12 shelf version works well for us to do overnight proofing of our sourdough breads. I can fit 6 round and 7 oblong bannetons per shelf. Very sturdy and worth the higher price.
