Inconsistent brewing amounts, difficult to find filter size, confusing buttons and settings. Why didn’t anyone warn me about this machine? I will definitely go back to my previous Bunn model.

We liked the hot water temperature calibration so we can change the temperature of the water. The only con is that the instruction manual didn't match the item we actually received with the picture of the buttons so we have to figure out where the buttons are actually located and what it does.

Arrived with no user manual or other documentation. The machine was defective. A certified Bunn technician did our install and said the machine was faulty, missing some wires on the inside. He recommended a replacement instead of having to repair a brand new machine. Webstaurant won't do anything except tell us to contact Bunn. This was a WASTE OF $1,449. I recommend buying your equipment anywhere else but here.
