Bunn 38700.0010 Axiom DV-APS Airpot Coffee Brewer - 120V/208-240V, 1,500-3,550W

Support is terrible. Machine started misbehaving (overheating and spewing steam everywhere.) Placed a support call and after several missed appointments they came 2 weeks later. Technician said he needed to order a part. It's 2 months later and still no part.

Inconsistent brewing amounts, difficult to find filter size, confusing buttons and settings. Why didn’t anyone warn me about this machine? I will definitely go back to my previous Bunn model.

Having a startup cafe, we needed all equipment for our cafe and this one works like right for what we need it for. We liked the hot water temperature calibration so we can change the temperature of the water. The only con is that the instruction manual didn't match the item we actually received with the picture of the buttons so we have to figure out where the buttons are actually located and what it does.

Are use this unit every day for my growing coffee shop of business. I would not use any other machine. It has been about three years and have had no complaints or issues with this product. You should get one too.

This Bunn Brewer is perfect for our coffee shop. Not to big and can brew 2 air pots of coffee in under 3 minutes. Also can pull hot water while brewing. We have an air pot ready with hot water when we need a larger amount of water, but the water features works fine for a Americano or a tea.

Did the product arrive in a timely manner? Yes. Unfortunately we had a catering requiring coffee for over 300 persons and after spending $ into the installation costs the unit did not turn on and the unit was not able to be used for the large catering event. Had to wait 3 days to have a BUNN authorized tech onsite to review the unit only to find out the internal power block wasn't connected to the unit. Meaning it wasn't even fully tested or even fully put together in the factory. A real disappointment. I really hope this unit, now that its up and running wont be a short life unit, since now the internals have less metal components and more plastics, which is a let down as well.

This product works great but the installation is challenging for a DIY. The electrixall connection requires a 220 volt connection. The plumbing also needs a special adapter to connect to a compression line. Here is what you need to get to a 1/4” compression form there you can get another adapter to get to 3/8” or whatever connection you need.

The fitting (1/4 in male flare) for the water line is very difficult to find a connection for a standard water line. I've been to eight plumbing supply houses with no luck. I have spent hours and driven miles to try and find something that might work. WebRestaurant was no help whatsoever. I'll be returning this unit.

Arrived with no user manual or other documentation. The machine was defective. A certified Bunn technician did our install and said the machine was faulty, missing some wires on the inside. He recommended a replacement instead of having to repair a brand new machine. Webstaurant won't do anything except tell us to contact Bunn. This was a WASTE OF $1,449. I recommend buying your equipment anywhere else but here.

Unit will NOT work on 120 outlet only. Requires 240! Manual shows 120 power cord AND a switch to flip between 120 and 240. Oh but manual is for a bunch of different units. So even though the manual that comes with this unit shows a 120 power cord AND a switch to flip between 120 and 240... nope.

After 10 years, they work horse is still going strong. We have never had an issue with it. Love that we can make adjustments to the flow, temp, etc. to make the perfect coffee.

I bought this bunn coffee brewer for my cafe it is working good so far price is best cheaper than a bunn company itself I am so happy to be a customer for webstaurant thanks guys for your help and effort

This is perfect for us. We have a little coffee shop and serve between 50 and 70 customers a day. This is programmable and works great for us to make airpots that we set in the window. It does have a freshness timer too which is nice. We have been using this as our daily driver now for the past 5 months and it continues to perform well. One issue we did see is it is a little difficult to find programing instructions online. But we did find one video and now we are good to go.

Picked this brewer up for a restaurant customer of mine. Its a great commercial brewer for a busy restaurant. Easily programmable with its digital controls and installation is a breeze

We use these for almost all of our wholesale clients in offices and restaurants. They are easy to install and easy to use. Probably have 10 in circulation!

This Bunn coffee maker makes the perfect pot of coffee each time! It brews hot, and have not had any issues with the product. I would recommend this item

This brewer is perfect for our high volume location. We hooked it up to run on 220 and it works without a hitch. It brews consistent coffee at a good pace.

I HAVE USED BUNN coffee equipment for 25 years. IT WAS TIME TO UPGRADE and i'm a loyal customer. If you do me right, i will return. I RECOMMEND ONLY PURCHASING THE ANALOG brewing equipment from Bunn. We have had equipment problems with the AXIOM and the SERVICE company they sent us was absolutely lousy.(BEST BEVERAGE in NASHVILLE). When requesting service they demanded a credit card to send a person for WARRANTY work. (that should have been a hint). I informed them that i had gone through all the trouble shooting stuff listed in the manual and that the there was a problem. (low flow indicator on Left side and SLOW Heating on LEFT side). This has been a life saver. We hooked up the electrical for the highest setting and installed a water filter. So far this thing has been great and we have had no issues!

Bunn Twin Airpot Coffee Brewer serves coffee as quickly as you would want. Fantastic quality that you expect and anticipate from Bunn. This is an extremely heavy duty coffee maker!

We are all excited to get this in our shop. It has a pulse brewing option which has made our coffee ten times better. We will be ordering another one soon.

I have purchased 2 of these units and they are AMAZING. No problems no issues and works like a charm everytime. The coffee always nice and hot.

I was a little unsure if this model was the right fit for my bakery...I knew that I wanted air pots, because I wanted to have the option of serving my customers, or self serve. I chose not to have a pour over model for convenience...I am so happy that I chose this brewer! I'm glad that I am not filling a tank with water all day! The ease of use, multiple brew options via the screen...and more make this brewer a fabulous choice.

We had a couple malfunctions with this in the beginning, but the warranty was fantastic and repairs were made quickly. Very happy with this product overall and would order it again!
