DON'T BUY IT! WASTE MONEY!!! One bought less one year and broken. Also very bad customer service contact them so many times still waiting, NOT HELP AT ALL.

Broke 3 months after purchasing!...would not chill below 35 degrees. Under warranty...but good luck getting someone out to fix it. Spoke to a technician about this brand, and he mentioned that he is constantly repairing Avantco products. This was a complete waste of money...I should have paid better attention to the reviews. Save yourself the hassle - buy another brand for a little more $.

I put one star because zero stars isn’t an option. I bought this 18 months ago. A line from the compressor rattles when the compressor turns on. It ended up chafing a hole in the line. The line runs inside the body of the freezer and is inaccessible. The warranty is only 1 year. So here’s the deal the commercial repair company told me this has happened to a bunch of these. The only fix is to RIG it and drill a hole in the unit and run the line inside the freezer so it doesn’t happen again. $800 for repairs. Don’t waste your money on this unit. DON'T BUY THIS CRAP. This freezer failed (temperature stays above 50 degrees) on Day 2 of my business start. These companies do not think that the equipment is used in a live war (in running business), Warranty company have a leisure process that could take 3-4 business days to assign an agent and could take 1-2 weeks for someone to show up at the business location to diagnose the problem. What are we supposed to do meanwhile (close the business??). With great difficulty of active coordination or my begging/requesting skills worked, I could get the service agent show up quickly to put a workaround and said needs some critical parts replaced. Broke down exactly ONE MONTH after my purchase, wouldnt get colder than 48F(yes, a COMMERCIAL FREEZER ON 48F) Had to wait for the warranty that took over two months to fix it due to covid.. lost over $400 of products inside and two months of my business during pandemic

Sold us a non-functioning unit and I'm having to go through warranty to get it serviced. At least a two week lead time. So... I now don't have a freezer for a couple weeks after buying a brand new one. Very disappointing on the warranty and disappointing on Webstaurant for not making it right. I will absolutely not buy equipment through this site again. Not worth hassle and them wiping their hands of me after the sale.

This Freezer is start leaking inside before one year, didn’t report sooner because still freezing but temperature never gone below 10 degree, have to get a new one not this brand, Not recommended

Waste of money! Broken in 8 weeks of use and costumer service is terrible.

Bought this freezer in June and it is not cooling under 36F in August.

Great two section freezer! Installation was super easy, and the wheels are super resistant. Easy to clean too. It reach the temperature in a couple of hours of installation.

I am happy with it so far but I think that "2 section" is misleading. It's not 2 sections - It has 2 doors but the interior of the freezer is all one space sharing the same air.

We purchased this for our small coffee shop to store bakery items and breads. The compressor failed two weeks after we opened, and we lost an entire freezer of merchandise. Webstaurant's service team was great, but it took 3 compressors and nearly a whole month before the repair person was able to replace the defective part. Be careful, users can't change temperature settings without help from the manufacturer, so be sure the temperature range is appropriate before stocking your freezer.

I recently ordered a pair of these freezers. The shipping was prompt, and the freezers were well protected in transport. The manufacturing quality was spotty. One of the freezers was too narrow to fit the shelves properly even after tweeking all the shelf brackets and supports. The other freezer was correct. The difference in width between the freezers was only an 1/8 of an inch per side, but that was enough to make it extremely hard (and in several places, impossible) to slide the shelves in and out. I wound up having to peel off some of the rubber shelf coating to get the shelves to slide properly. In addition, the lock mechanisms needed modification to work. Neither of these problems was a deal-breaker, but I was disappointed in the quality of the manufacturing.

Very disappointed in delivery. I made the delivery time for 4pm and they called around 11am saying they were almost there. They unloaded the freezer in the wrong location and wanted to charge me $ to load it up and move it 40yards. The dispatcher would not return my call only the driver would talk and said he was doing what he was told to do. The freezer also showed up with a few dents.

We have had no functionality issues with this freezer. It is sturdy and has worked flawlessly. Our only problem is that we have had 2 employees injure themselves with serious lacerations removing food from the bottom of the freezer. There is a rail that holds the shelves and the metal at the bottom is EXTREMELY sharp. One required stitches after raking the back of his hand on the metal bar.

RIght door hinge broke within 1 year. Replaced under warranty. Other door hinge broken 14 months after purchase. Not built to last. Be aware of buying Avantco equipment. It's not made to last. Webstaurant needs to look at the quality of equipment they are selling!!! I would not recommend Avantco. I also bought another last year and have had to have warranty work completed on it as well.

Huge capacity and will also work well as a beer fridge during an event. We mostly use it to hold ice in prep for beverage service. Has always been dependable.

A slight problem (no refrigerant gas in the compressor so it wouldn’t get cold) initially but the warranty came right out same day and fixed it! Excellent value, hopefully it holds up to volume and daily use. Fingers crossed. Quiet operation, and easy install. I would recommend it

When this thing is working it is perfectly fine. However, I have had this thing 4 months and the defrost heater has gone out twice already, the first time was after only a month. It is under warranty so they have fixed it but it is a huge pain to have to go without my big freezer as I run a very busy restaurant. Would definitely not buy this again.

had a small 24' freezer but way too small. that finally broke and this worked out great delivered so fast no issues at and lots of storage helps stay organized and prepped for business.

This stainless steel 4 door freezer from avantco is wonderful! I like that I can separate my items easily with the 4 compartments instead of 1 or 2. making it also easier to clean, because I can clean one section at a time, rather than unload the entire freezer to clean at once. it has a good seal and keeps foods at the correct temperature as it is set to.

Great value! I like the adjustable shelves and it's got an easy to read external thermostat. One of my two freezers came damaged and Webstaurant was quick to make it right!
