Boasting 2,500W of cooking power, this unit can prepare up to 90 cups of cooked rice in 40-60 minutes. This rice cooker is designed to meet the demands of your busy operation. It automatically switches from cooking to warming mode once cooking is complete, so you can be sure that your freshly cooked rice stays at the perfect temperature for your guests.

The easy-to-use control panel features user-friendly buttons with indicator lights to show whether the cooker is in cook or warm mode. This cooker lets you keep the ready-made rice at an ideal serving temperature for up to 12 hours! Plus, its tightly sealed hinged lid locks into place and has a button release. The lid locks in moisture and retains heat to ensure perfectly cooked rice every time, and it is vented to let steam escape. A built-in condensate collector traps excess water to keep the unit clean and dry. The delay timer allows you to delay the start of the cooking process anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours.

Featuring a dent-resistant, stainless steel construction, this rice cooker offers long-lasting durability and easy cleaning while looking sleek and sharp on the countertop. A removable, non-stick aluminum interior pot is ideal for cooking your rice evenly, and its non-stick coating makes serving and cleaning the pot a breeze. The lid features a carry handle that can make moving the unit even easier.

The included clear measuring cup provides quick, accurate portioning of dry rice in Asian standard cups, and the 10 1/2" rice paddle allows you to efficiently mix, scoop, and serve your rice while preserving its consistency.
