Convert your oven to gas with this Ooni UU-P0EE00 liquid propane gas burner insert. This insert is required to operate your Ooni Karu 16 hybrid wood / gas-powered outdoor pizza oven in gas mode. This burner boasts an impressive 25,000 BTU of cooking power. It features an easy-to-use dial for optimal temperature control and is constructed of powder-coated carbon steel, stainless steel, and nylon for long-lasting performance.
This item comes with a gas regulator and hose to connect to a liquid propane tank (sold separately). It is easy to install with the included hardware and simply attaches to the back of your unit. This burner can only be used with the chimney attached.
