This unit features a powder-coated carbon steel and stainless steel construction for long-lasting durability and maximum heat retention. This oven is portable and light weight, so you can set it up wherever and whenever you need it. It has collapsible legs with non-slip feet and a detachable chimney for ease of transport and storage, making it perfect for cooking on the go! Since this model can cook with either wood or liquid propane (insert sold separately), you can choose your fuel type based on your business needs and setting!

This oven provides a consistent flame that can heat the cooking surface up to 950 degrees Fahrenheit in just 15 minutes. It can cook a single pizza in as little as 60 seconds, and it boasts an extra large 16 3/4" cooking surface that can fit (1) 16" pizza at a time or multiple smaller pizzas. Made of 5/8" thick cordierite, this surface retains heat well to help you achieve perfectly crispy pizza crusts.

This oven comes equipped with Ooni's patented Flame Keeper technology, which directs heat across the food to ensure efficient, even cooking and minimal heat loss. The chimney baffle allows you to quickly adjust the temperature, while the perforated fuel tray helps increase airflow and allows ash to exit the cooking area. The ViewFlame glass oven door creates a secure seal for optimal temperature control and offers stunning views of the live fire in the chamber. The Ooni Connect digital temperature hub is mounted on the front of the unit to help you make sure the interior temperature stays in the proper range while it's Bluetooth capabilities enable you to multi-task and step away from the unit as it warms up.

This unit can be used with wood or charcoal, or it can be converted to gas with Ooni's 25,500 BTU liquid propane gas burner insert (sold separately). For wood-fired operation, you can easily load wood into the rear fuel hatch to infuse your pizzas, meats, and vegetables with smoky flavor!
