Suggested Recipe: Chocolate Oat Milk Chia Pudding
1 cup chocolate oat milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tbsp. agave syrup or sweetener of choice
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Fresh berries
In a bowl, mix chocolate oat milk, chia seeds, agave syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well until chia seeds are evenly distributed. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and achieve a pudding-like consistency. Stir the mixture once or twice during the first hour to avoid clumping. Once the chia pudding has thickened, give a final stir and spoon the pudding into serving bowls. Top with fresh berries and enjoy! Shaved chocolate or coconut also make great toppings.
