We have had this unit for about 2 years. The first 6 months the electrical shorted out and we had a local repair tech replace the contact. About 12 months later it started tripping the breaker. We replaced the breaker and 3 months later is is tripping it again. We will repair this again, but we will not purchase this product in the future.

Installation and operation were straightforward and easy to accomplish. Downside, water gets on the top of the door and when you open it the floor gets wet and slippery.
