This unit allows you to maintain as much or as little autonomy as you'd like, as it can be manually or automatically operated. For manual operation, the Electronic Inverter System gives you the ability to control the movement and speed of the individual blades. As for the type of product, this batch freezer comes with 4 automatic production programs and 4 storage programs. Conveniently pick from gelato classico, semi-soft ice cream, granita, or shock freeze and watch as the unit takes care of the rest. Once a program is selected, the freezer operates on its own, monitoring the density and temperature of the product during production and dispensing it at the perfect consistency. When the quantity of product gets low during production, ingredients can be added on an as-needed basis, eliminating waste. After 4-5 minutes have passed since replenishing the ingredients, they will be incorporated into the existing mixture, flawlessly matching the preexisting consistency and temperature.
