Have been using the past month and it makes very short work of white potatoes and apples. Very heavy duty and easy to assemble and disassemble. Sometimes the cutting grate can be a little difficult to clean if potato skins are allowed to dry on them. Bought the optional metal bracket so can slide on and off the wall for easy cleaning.

When i first pulled it out of the box i could see that it's a well made piece of equipment and easily pulled apart and cleaned. This cutter is awesome, you can cut whole potatoes into fries in seconds. It also pulls double duty in cutting vegetables. It's heavy so make sure, if wall mounting, that it's secured well to the wall with good anchoring.
We have added home-made fries to our menu and this fry cutter has been used like crazy daily. Its is very durable and easy to install. Its gets a lot of use from multiple cooks and its has withstood the abuse pretty good. You do need to take it apart and clean it but that is easy to do. Also the blades may need to be replaced once they are worn. I have had to do this only once in the 3 years we have had it
This unit works well for potatos and onions even thought they do get caught up in the blades many times. You'll have to buy new blades every few months though because they dull pretty quickly with a lot of use. Once the blades dull, you end up smashing more potatos then slicing them.
Yet another excellent purchase for my operation from the Webstaurant Store. This machine takes very little effort to use. I would highly recommend getting the wall hanger bracket with it to keep it a one handed operation. I'm going to order my bracket today.
