Almost all the coffee shops use caramel sauce when you order a caramel latte, the problem - it is too sweet and thick and sinks at the bottom. Voila Monin caramel - a perfect sweet and viscous syrup, DaVinci's caramel is too runny! This seems to be the only brand of syrup which doesn’t have sodium benzoate or other odd choice preservatives. The flavor is sinfully good even though its sugar free. Compared to other brands, its more expensive, but it tastes much better and has in my opinion a better sugar substitute. I like using this for coffee or flavored drinks. Other sites and stores have this same bottle anywhere from 9-14 dollars so it is competitively priced on webstaurantstore. I've previously used Torani which being typically less expensive is Ok tasting, but nothing great. Their sugar free items are put to shame compared to this. Would I buy again? I already have 14 different flavors in my cart.... so yes.
