Syrup flavors based on naturally acidic items, such as lemons, limes, and other fruits, will contain more citric acid; when mixed with dairy products, this may occasionally cause curdling. Not one of the best flavors from Monin, it is like a light artificial grapeish flavor. However I did find a use for it that I am really happy with. I use to mainly to add color to some of the teas.
