Wow this elderflower syrup is delicious it was a very good price for the 750 mL bottle to a lot of people don't even know what it is great product though

When I tasted a beverage at a local cafe that used this elderflower syrup, I knew I needed some for myself. It is a beautiful, floral, sweet taste that is not overwhelming. It tastes like spring and happiness. A few pumps of Elderflower into a plain seltzer with a squeeze of lemon is amazing.

This is a lovely elevated flavor! My mostly female clientele really took to this flavor. I found lots of interesting recipes online and they sold fairly well. It’s an unexpected floral that foodies seemed to be into. I would recommend it to anyone looking for florals other than the typical lavender and rose.

Purchased as a flavoring for my home fermentation products. They have added depth and taste to a already awesome product and work amazingly well in primary or secondary fermenter depending on your taste.

This syrup is terrible quality. Usually Monin exceeds my expectations but this syrup has no flavor! I used the entire bottle in a tea I was making and still could not taste the elderflower. There are much better quality elderflower syrups out there.

Elderflower flavor can be added to pretty much any cocktail or tea. I like to add just a little bit to all of my teas to give it just a hint of floral.

One of the better syrups that we have on hand at our bar. It has a mild taste to it and it can really make your drink stand out if you are using it correctly. I absolutely love it!

not a true elderflower taste - it is mostly lime and lemon with just a little bit of floral taste. it made every beverage worse -- iced tea, hot tea, italian sodas, lemonades, etc. but then we tried making a cocktail with it...that was good! cranberry juice, vodka, and a little bit of this. or sprite, triple sec, vodka, and this. or ginger ale, gin, and this. yup. put this bottle in your bar, not your coffeeshop.

This elderflower flavor is quite unique. It's hard to describe but has a tart citrus with a hint of floral smell. It doesn't taste like grapefruit but has a similar bite to it. Our customers prefer to blend it with other fruity flavors as it is very strong on it's own. We haven't tried it in a milk based drink so not sure if it would curdle or not.
