We love the monin sauces. I use them, mixed with espresso, as the base for our flavored lattes. It’s much better using the sauce rather than the syrup, if you are able to. The dulce de leche is a great flavor!

This was the worst tasting dulce de leche sauce I've ever tried. This is a dissapointment. The aftertaste is extremely unpleasant. Overall it just tastes very artificial.

I'm using this for coffee, not only for flavoring/sweeten but also for decoration on whip cream. Flavor is caramel and slightly condensed milk flavor. The syrup itself has a very fine grit texture if your looking for it, but its not noticeable in drinks or toppings unless your looking for it. Price is on par with Monin's Site, but cheaper than other sites or local stores.

I love this sauce. I use it to top my dulce de leche cupcakes. Way easier than making it from scratch. I also put a little in my coffee instead of sugar. Taste amazing.
