Monin Caramel Flavoring Sauce 64 fl. oz. - 4/Case

I tried 3 different caramel sauces: Monin, Ghirardelli, and Torani. --[for complete details, please see my review of the Ghirardelli 17 oz. Caramel Flavoring Sauce #40861283]-- In summary: All three were delicious. The VOLUMES are about the same, even though the ounces may appear different on the package. Comparing by volume, Monin was about 30% more expensive at the time of my purchase. Very similar Nutrition Facts. Some differences in the ingredients, which may have an effect on texture and taste, if you are sensitive to such things -- but if used as a drizzle rather than a main ingredient, the taste difference might not be noticeable. Of all three products, I found the Monin to be my favorite with regard to TASTE… however, the nozzle on the squeeze bottle requires some extra pressure at the start of the squeeze, which makes it NOT suitable for drizzling on the top of latte foam. It's fine as a flavoring mixed right into coffee, and would undoubtedly work well for ice cream & desserts.

Our busy little coffee shop has been using Monin Caramel Sauce, as well as their other sauces and syrups and we've never been disappointed. One of our most popular drinks with the caramel sauce is our Candied Pistachio Latte.

This caramel is so delicious when put on ice cream. You have got to try it. I will be buying more when this is used up! Love, love, love it!!!!!

These are perfect to use when someone wants drizzle. We keep these bottles and just keep refilling them with the bigger bottles. They have been so great to use.

A great sauce but not as amazing as Torani's. This This my go to whenever I'm not able to get my usual. It's still delicious but lacks a buttery depth that Torani has.

This is an absolute must have product for any coffee shop. We use this in several of our drinks and it makes all the difference in the world. Monin has perfected this product and we highly recommend using, you won't be disappointed.

This sauce can be used to add a rich caramel flavor to many drinks, and the thickness allows it to be used for decorative uses as well. We use it daily as a drizzle for cold drinks.

I think it tasted great but my customers preferred Torani. I think its fine and it is cheaper but ill just stick with Torani for now

These not only taste great but are easy to use for the drizzle effect of top of whipped cream! They're not too big to handle either.

Before buy Monin sauce I bought DaVinci because is less expensive than Monin, but I had problems finding a pump that fit DaVinci bottle also I need to pour too much sauce on my frappes to have a good taste, so I decided to buy the Monin sauce it taste really good and the pumps are easy to find and cheaper

This caramel is good and thick. Only downside is that it is expensive but quality caramel is that price! Still not as good as Starbucks though.

Love this sauce, we use it on top of acai bowls as well as in smoothies and of course coffee! We pair it with caramel syrup and then put the sauce all over the cup and then on top!

Delicious! Good quality syrup. I use this syrup for toppings on ice cream and when Im making beverages at home. WebstaurantStore has the best price for this product! I’m loving all Monin products. The bottle size is 12oz. Convenient size squeeze bottle which surprisingly doesn’t get messy. Easy to store.

Monin 64 oz caramel flavoring sauce tastes so amazing! It has a very nice caramel flavor and color. I love that I can refill my little squeeze bottles with this large jug.
