This, and the other Monin purees that we've tried are all excellent! We're still coming up with new recipes, but all in all, it's been a success! If you're looking to mix anything with iced drinks or cocktails, you'll probably want to either serve a shaken drink or go with the Finest Call puree cocktail mixes (as these monin versions are pretty heavy). They kind of sink to the bottom of the glass unless you're using a blender or shaking.
