This item is designed for use with select MirOil portable fryer oil filter machines, filter pots, and up to 100 lb. fryers (sold separately).
Made with a large filter area for faster filtering, this item is designed to filter out heavy crumb loads and can also trap micron-size food particles. This filter is easy to clean by rinsing it with hot water and is reusable for up to 1,000 fryers for savings that will add up! This item is secured with heavy-duty popper snaps and is compatible with MirOil CF2A filter bag holder frames (sold separately). This robust filter bag is ideal for commercial kitchen filtering conditions. It will keep your deep fryer's oil clean and free of food debris chunks that reduce its quality over time, will reduce oil refills, and will extend the life of your equipment!

This filter is awesome! We use it to filter the oil as we pour it into the blue oil pan. We pour the oil at about 300°F and the filter is rated high enough to withstand the heat.
