Full Height Design
The spacious interior of the cabinet's full height design makes the unit great for high volume businesses. The fixed wire slides are spaced in 3" increments, allowing the unit to accommodate 17 full size sheet pans or 32 full size, 2 1/2" deep food pans. Thanks to the design of the slides, pans can be bottom loaded so there's no interference if the top is covered with foil.

Molded-In Hand Holds

5" Casters
This cabinet comes with a set of 5" neoprene donut casters to make mobility as smooth as possible for easy service and cleaning. Two of the casters are equipped with brakes.
