This multi-purpose holding cabinet lets you hold foods at any temperature between 80-200 degrees Fahrenheit so that it stays at safe temperatures and maintains its flavor and appetizing appearance! Great for banquets, catering events, bakeries, and even restaurants, this holding cabinet comes with both moisture controls and temperature controls so that you can use it for holding, proofing, or both!

Thanks to its thermostatically controlled, forced convection system, this holding cabinet has fast heat up and recovery times.
Clear Half Doors
This units clear Dutch doors allow you to view the cabinet's contents without opening the door and losing heat. And when it is time to open the door, you only need to open the top half or lower half to minimize heat loss even more!
Durable Insulated Cabinet
This unit's cabinet is made of aluminum and is insulated with red high-density polyethylene Insulation Armour™ to ensure optimum heat retention and energy conservation while maintaining a cool-to-the-touch exterior. Its exterior is also dent, impact, and stain resistant with molded-in handles for easy maneuverability.
Universal Wire Slides
The interior comes with universal pan slides that are adjustable in 1 1/2" increments to hold up to 17 full size sheet pans or 32 half size sheet pans.
(4) 5" Casters
The donut neoprene wheels, 2 with brakes, make it easy to transport this cabinet. These wheels have a double ball bearing swivel, ball bearing axle, and are nickel plated.
Drip Trough
The exterior drip trough catches condensation and drains it away in to the catch pan for disposal, preventing wet and slippery floors.
