Thanks to its removable combination heating / proofing module, this cabinet lets you quickly change from holding mode to proofing mode at the flip of a switch. This makes it versatile for anything from proofing bread to holding freshly steamed vegetables for your dinner service, as it can create the perfect environment for all types of food. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
