The Mercer M37012 CP 11 13/16 inch copper plated bar spoon is a great addition to your bar, at work or home. It supplies that extra pizzazz and just looks cool. Its a nice feature when making lots of moscow mules, and seems to be the same as the stainless spoons, just copper coated. I'm not sure that it'll have any real effects on the drinks stirred with it, but it's fancy, and sometimes that matters. I like the weight and height, and the twisted form allows for nice, quick stirring.
