Its high temperature construction resists heat up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit to maintain its structure when used with piping-hot pots and pans. The blade features a notch, enabling it to rest against pan or bowl surfaces. Meanwhile, its raised kickstand keeps the blade off work spaces. this silicone spatula was not as flexible as I was hoping. The silicone is very rigid and does not work well for flexing and scraping things out of bowls, for example. The reason for 4 stars, is the the somewhat uncomfortable handle design. The groove through the center of the handle does not feel great to hold and makes for more difficult cleaning.

This spatula is not flexible at all. I was thinking it would be great! I like the notch, or the idea of it, but I just haven't used it. Every time I try to use it, I get frustrated with how hard it is, I wash it and put it away. It may be heat resistant, but as a spatula, it is useless, I will not conform to a bowl.
