Mercer Culinary M35112 Hell's Tools® 10" High Temperature Silicone Spatula

It is not heat resistant started getting apart leaving threads of white silicone when used in hot food. Not worth the money

I love the firmness on this spatula, really helps to make sure every little bit of sauce, liquid or solid is out of all the books and crannies, these are really great for removing fond from a pan if you don't have a wooden spoon available

This spatula is not flexible at all. I was thinking it would be great! I like the notch, or the idea of it, but I just haven't used it. Every time I try to use it, I get frustrated with how hard it is, I wash it and put it away. It may be heat resistant, but as a spatula, it is useless, I will not conform to a bowl.

When your startup company is in need for a good spatula, these fit the bill. The cost was very good against other online stores for restaurants.

This has got to be the sturdiest rubber spatula have ever used ! Simply amazing the other ones would’ve melted by now , and some did! This Mercer line is wonderful! If you can’t decide look no more , this is the one!

this silicone spatula was not as flexible as I was hoping. The silicone is very rigid and does not work well for flexing and scraping things out of bowls, for example. The reason for 4 stars, is the the somewhat uncomfortable handle design. The groove through the center of the handle does not feel great to hold and makes for more difficult cleaning.

The spatulas are just as described. They are always long lasting and are sure to always hold up to high heat as expected. Always our go to spatula
