The Mercer Culinary Millennia® 11" Pie Server with Black Polypropylene Handle (M18770) is a reliable and well-designed tool for serving pies, cakes, quiches, and even pizza in both home and commercial kitchens. Its 5" x 3" precision-ground, high-carbon stainless steel blade strikes an excellent balance of flexibility for easy maneuvering and stiffness for durability, allowing it to handle everything from dense fruit pies to delicate angel food cakes.

Seems to be a good pie server, that's both thin and flexible without sharp edges. The handle seems well attached and seems strong just like Mercer's turners / spatulas.

This is a goods serving spatula for pie or cake. It is durable and a really good size for a 9" pie (would probably also be good for up to 12" pies).

These pie servers are wonderful. It is very hard to find a wide pie server like this and it is very well made and it is perfect for the large slices of pie and cake our bakery serves. Thanks for carrying these!

These are good heavy servers. i use them all year for cakes during events. Holds up in a high temp dishwasher. They also work for buffett service as well.

The Mercer Culinary M18760 is an outstanding quality pie server. The quality is apparent from the moment you handle it. The blade is a high carbon steel. Its light but feels very strong. There are no serrated edges but the thickness of the metal tapers to a finer/thinner thickness toward the point making it sharp enough to slice through your pie cleanly. The handle is a thick sturdy hard plastic with non-slip textured features. The size and shape is perfect especially for thinner slices which can be difficult to wrangle out with wider pie servers. The price on webstaurant store is outstanding.

Sturdy construction and wide enough to handle a bigger slice of pie. This product meets all functional requirements and looks good too. Affordable price and great design make it a great buy!

It's a great pie server, perfect for that larger slice of pie whether it's fresh homemade apple pie or chicken pot pie. Works well for deep dish pizza pie!

Strong, sturdy and durable spoon. I mainly use it for cutting and serving cake. It works great. I am sure it will last me many years.

A well designed piece of cutlery for slicing through pie crusts or cakes. The handle is soft grip and comfortable and is long enough to balance out the weight of the bakery/pastry item that is being served. The stainless steel part is of the perfect portion size length and tapers to a curved tip. The metal has a slight flexibility to curve through the edge of the pies to reach the flat bottom. The edges are sharp enough to cut through the pie crust yet blunt enough not to hurt your hands.

I use these pie servers everyday and i love them. They are NSF ratted which is what you need at a restaurant, to pass code.

This is a great pie or cake server for just a few bucks. It's not fancy--you wouldn't use it for a wedding cake--but it does the job. (And since I always seem to lose mine, it's easy and cheap enough to pick up more than one.) Highly functional and rubbery grip make it just right!

I like this server for smaller cakes and pies. It is a fantastic spatula for fruit tarts as it is great for delicate items. Nice sturdy handle and well built tool.
