I have this as my fruit knife it has the curved end and super sharp so it makes for easy work getting through and fruit or vegetable. I love mine so far

Mercer Cutlery High Carbon Stainless Steel, X 30 CR 13. 2 1/2” Birds beak blade. I have found there are times, when a knife such as this, is just what you need, as it provides more control than a peeler. My old one finally wore out and this was the closest that I could find to replace it with. I peeled some kiwis with it today and it performed as expected. This knife fits my hand well enough and allows for multiple gripping methods. It came sharp and ready to use. Thumbs up on this one.
