The Manitowoc RNF-0320A modular air-cooled nugget ice machine offers up to 308 lb. of daily ice production in a convenient, space-saving design. Modular machines provide ultimate flexibility, allowing you to choose the ice bin and head unit that best fit your needs. A 22" wide dispenser pairs perfectly with standard ice bins and does not require an adapter. This machine is exceptionally durable, featuring heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and high load capacity bearings that offer enhanced reliability.

This machine creates bite-sized nugget ice which boasts 85% ice content to only 15% water, allowing maximum cooling power with minimal dilution. Nugget ice is easy to chew, but hard enough to be dispensed without using a hand scoop, which means you will not waste important time attending to your machine. Ice size ranges from 3/8" to 1/2" on average. This unit can create ice using water between 37 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit and will operate in ambient temperatures between 50 and 110 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.

If your ice machine has been shut down or not in use for a prolonged period time, please reference your machine's user-manual for a restart procedure, often called “Winterization." Please reference your user manual or contact customer service with any questions.

What does the "T" or "F" mean in the new Manitowoc model numbers?

This indicates that the unit is using R290 refrigerant, a more eco-friendly refrigerant. Although the new models are identical to the older models, Manitowoc has phased out the production of units without R290 refrigerants in response to the EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program. All dispenser manufacturers require a nugget ice adapter kit in order to ensure your machine operates at its optimum level. Installing the right adapter for your ice machine / dispenser combination prevents the ice from congealing and damaging your equipment. Because some dispensers are not compatible with nugget ice machines, even with an added adapter, it is important that you review the manufacturer's literature and guidelines when making a selection.
