This ice damper worked perfectly! It kept water from splashing over onto the ice that was already in the bin causing it to melt. This simple piece of plastic helped shorten the run time on my machine while it was making. I don't know why Manitowoc didn't include one made like this on the machine originally. Great job from Webstaurant Store!
