Versatile Use
This mixer comes fully equipped with a stainless steel mixing bowl and wire whisk that will last longer than those provided with some other models. Plus, a sturdy dough hook and flat beater come with this mixer, so you can craft a huge variety of recipes with a single machine. The dough hook is best suited for a low RPM of 142, the flat beater for a medium RPM of 282, and the wire whisk for a high RPM of 508.
Convenient and Safe
An ergonomic bowl lift eases the task of loading and unloading the bowl, and a sturdy base with nonskid feet keeps the mixer in place at all times. Additionally, the safety guard stops the motor immediately if someone tries to lift it while the machine is operating.
