These are perfect fajita pan liners. They are durable, hold the fajita pans perfectly in place, and they have a bit of weight to them.

i love the rustic color of these the are some what light weight but can hold a skillet just right i am very pleased with my item.

We use these wood underliners for our fajita griddles. We serve a lot of fajitas and they have held up pretty well so far. Every week or so we need to clean and peel away and burnt wood that the griddle comes in contact with, but it's easy and quick to do.
