Great little skillet, in a handy shape. I don't make a lot of fajitas, but I do use this pan a fair bit. I use it mostly for side dishes, and some grill to table serving. This pan is typical Lodge quality and should last for several lifetimes if cared for. I would recommend.

Terrific sizzle pan for steaks -- great presentation effect -- and the ideal pan for saganaki, which, if you don't know, is fried Kefalotyri cheese served flaming at tableside. Perfect, and excellent price.
