    I ordered 4 of these Lavex lever dispensers and 3 of them broke within 2 weeks of use. The paper towels would get wrapped around the bottom spool instead of coming out the bottom where it would get torn off by the user. Eventually, the bottom spool got so wound up with paper that the entire thing would jam and had to be taken apart. I returned them all and would not recommend them to anyone using them in a commercial heavy use setting.
