In order to ship your cookies properly, first, freeze and individually wrap the cookies.
Place the wrapped cookies in a shallow, flat box. Be sure they aren't stacked more than two layers deep.
Lay the packaging material at the bottom of the shipping box.
Add cooling packs if your cookies contain ingredients that melt.
Place the cookie box inside the shipping container, and add more packaging material.
Once your box is secure, give your box a shake test. If you hear any rattling, reopen the box, and add more packaging.
Finally, mark the package as perishable and fragile.
