Works great. I like the pneumatic tires over the no-flat ones for their softness (less damage to floor, carpet, etc). The truck itself is all aluminum, sturdy and light. The extra tall extension is helpful for pulling it up stairs. With the extension you don't have to bend over very much. The stair climbers are OK. Not as good as the appliance hand trucks where they have a circular track that moves with the stair, rather than sliding on the stair. but, I've not been able to find a regular hand truck with the moving stair track. I did put towels on non-carpeted stairs to help it slide better.
