Lancaster Table & Seating Industrial Slate Gray Finish Standard Height Trestle Table Base for 30" x 60" Table Tops

I purchased this table and chairs for my kitchen. I wanted a table that didn’t need a tablecloth, something that could be used daily, seats that were strong to hold 250+ pounds. The table dimension was also important. Most of the durable tables that I liked were much to big. When I thought of a bar table, I was a little concerned that it would look cheap. Well I was wrong it looks great. It’s perfect for my space and I absolutely love it. The only downside was assembly with no directions, but we managed.

as with the previous review, same issues Base – came in two boxes, one of which was completely torn up due to lack of proper shipping packaging. Hardware kit was also broken so two things to note here – what was not lost thru the holes of the cardboard packaging was rolling around loosely damaging the wood parts and some small scratches on the metal.. Additionally the slots for the legs to be inserted in were ALL smashed and out of square to the point I needed to take a hammer to them to be able to complete the assembly. That in turn, of course, damaged the painted finish. Another week or so to get replacement hardware kit. This was incredibly disappointing. First, it came with marks on all the legs like pictured. I was willing to overlook this because returning anything is time consuming and slows projects. Second, the metal and wood legs do NOT fall into place at all like in the instructional video. Two of the legs slid in fine but these two pictured are now ruined because there was no way to get the braces down without some force which scraped all four sides of two legs, I tried rotating everything before I got to this point, they simply did not work. It seems the metal squares were welded slightly off after it's in. In addition, the metal brace beam doesn't line up. The base distances are off by an inch on left and right side once assembled. It's crazy to me how something so expensive has obviously zero quality checks. This absolutely ruined the table I spent 15 hours making and now I've disappointed my partner. Thanks Lancaster...

Overall the quality is exceptional. The table is as described, very well made, except the "live edge" is not really a live edge, but a very rough saw cut. The packaging was exceptional. Everything was meticulously, hand wrapped in heavy foam and cardboard. It took me an hour just to unpack the table and six chairs. The issue I had was two incorrect parts for the table were ere included the first time (the packed lower brackets that the legs pass through were for a counter height table, not this bar height table, so it could not be assembled). It took a bit of effort on my part to take and mark-up photos, plead with the representative to show them to someone that was familiar with the assembly, but in the end the representative listened, the techs agreed will me, and the problem was resolve.

Solid base, really good build quality, very nice finish, sturdy and heavy, it looks it’s going to hold up for a long time, it took me a while to out it together since mine didn’t come with instructions, but other than is an amazing product, highly recommend

These antique walnut table bases are so beautiful. I think they have three different options to choose from. My favorite is the Antique rustic walnut.

We bought a couple of these bigger tables after how much we liked the smaller ones. I have to say that Lancaster is a brand that we need to buy more from. These were easy to assemble and they look great in our restaurants. We are going to post a few photos of them on here when we get the chance!
