A compact, all-in-one kit essential for any professional chef, this system features (3) knife-sharpening stones to repair and hone knives in your kitchen. The coarse stone is made of silicon carbine and features a 120 grit and has a fast metal removal rate that makes it easy to form a new edge on a damaged knife. The medium stone is made of silicon carbine and features a 180 grit and helps to reinforce the new edge created by the coarse stone. The fine stone is made of aluminum oxide and features a 320 grit that provides a finishing touch by eliminating burrs on knife edges.

The stones' generous 11 1/2" length allows for elongated strokes for optimal sharpening. To help create the ideal knife edge, this system also includes angle guides that enable your staff to hold a knife at the correct angle when sharpening. While the stones are not in use, they are kept clean and saturated in a constant oil bath. For your convenience, a bottle of premium honing oil is included in the kit. While not in use, store this system in the heavy-duty, black ABS case.
