Quickly contain spills at your industrial facility with this Justrite Rigid-Lock QuickBerm spill containment berm! This unit provides drive-over spill containment for drums, IBC totes, and tanks. It is quick and easy to setup with no assembly required, and it is designed for infrequent drive-over scenarios, pedestrian traffic, or for placing heavy materials within the working space. It features a 1-piece construction made of EnGuard IV PVC-coated fabric for indoor or outdoor use. This fabric withstands long-term IV exposure and extreme temperatures of -50 to 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Plus, it is resistant to chemicals such as petroleum, oils, grease, and most acids.

This spill containment berm includes a patented Rigid-Lock wall-support system. This system includes walls that can be locked upright or folded inward to a flat drive-over position. By folding out of the way, these walls provide unobstructed side-to-side floor space for vehicle tires, foot traffic, and cleaning. Plus, they can withstand vehicle weights in excess of 11,000 lb. per tire. By using a wall-support design, this unit eliminates external support brackets to prevent trips and falls.

This unit's walls have a fray-resistant finished hem along the top rim for increased strength and integrity. Built-in stainless steel wall supports are used to lock the side walls in a 12" high, 90-degree vertical position. Plus, they perform at full-rim containment height without bending or buckling. Each wall support includes a black high-strength engineered nylon hub with an integrated hole for anchoring under high wind conditions (anchors sold separately). This allows the walls to withstand winds of up to 40 MPH.

This spill containment berm features an ample 1,910-gallon capacity. It has a reinforced CriticalCorner design to prevent billowing, unwrapping, or sagging of the corners during full containment, ensuring fluid-tight reliability. Its portable design folds down to only 36" x 36" x 16" for compact storage and transport. This spill containment berm helps your facility comply with EPA requirements for containment and spill prevention (SPCC).
