We use these siphons in the restaurant/bar. I wish they came in 1.5 or 2L sizes as I feel like a charge can make more than 1L of perfectly fizzy soda. Great for a home cook too albeit a bit pricey. Keep in mind a soda siphon is not the same as a whipping siphon!

Great addition to our kitchen, we use it daily and is much cheaper than using seltzer water from the grocery store! My only issue is that I wish the nozzle was made out of metal instead of plastic, the way the despenser lever is situated I’m worried it will get snapped off. Overall great product, but for the price I wish more of the moving parts weren’t plastic.

I recently used the iSi 102001 Stainless Steel Soda Siphon (1 Quart, Item #102001) to create sparkling water and flavored sodas for a dessert pairing, and it’s a fantastic tool for beverage prep.
Didn't work. I followed instructions but got barely any carbonation and the CO2 chargers are sweet and have a bad taste. Not sure if they're old or what but did not meet my expectations at all.

I can only review my experience so far: 1) Instructions are confusing and the manual is printed in a terrible pink font, which makes it hard to read. 2) The site is really terrible: click on English, but still get German; no confirmation on warranty registration and when you try again, it just duplicates it and an error message when trying to delete duplicates; you are either Mr or Mrs, no choice of Father, Maj General, Dr or my fave Miss. 3) I've set it up and used it for one glass of soda. I have absolutely no F-ing idea of what the measuring tube is for. The instructions say to fill the bottle till the measuring tube overflows, yet in the troubleshooting section it says not to overfill it. Water did kind of come out from all directions and it leaked at first, but the water was bubbly. Read More
