This Eco Series Professional N20 charger is designed to dispense a variety of products including whipped cream, desserts, sauces, and soups. It's also powerful enough to whip plant-based toppings for lower ingredient costs and significant annual savings.
Designed for use with iSi cream whippers (sold separately), this Eco Series Professional N20 charger contains 8.4 grams of Nitrous Oxide (N20), which is higher than the industry standard of 7.5 grams per charger, to provide a high yield and stability from your products. The extra gram of gas produces 20% more whipped cream using the same ingredients; thereby reducing the cost per serving of expensive ingredients such as cream and syrup.

We have used ISI whip chargers for years and loved them. They recently switched to this version (from whatever the red box was) and our whipped cream is a lot runnier. We are still working on figuring out how to change the measurements to fix it. I prefer the old ones.
