It also features a cupro-nickel heat exchanger that ensures years of maintenance-free operation. It's equipped with a high-quality aluminum anode rod that extends the tank life and thick foam insulation for low standby loss. This item is powered by natural gas and operates at 96% thermal efficiency. It has a modulating burner for a 5-to-1 turndown ratio that matches fuel consumption to demand for 35,000-130,000 BTU. It also features a 150 GPH recovery at a 100-degree rise.

This water heater has an easy-to-use control panel with intelligent temperature controls that monitor inlet and outlet water temperatures to adjust modulation automatically up to 160 degrees Fahrenheit for consistent performance. It's designed for versatile venting and is compatible with PVC, CPVC, stainless steel, or ULC S636 pipe for up to 200' of combined intake and exhaust venting system (sold separately) and features a 17" gas connection height, an 18 1/4" intake height, and an 8" exhaust height. It also has a 1 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet size. This item requires a 120V, 1 phase connection for operation.

This water heater is light weight for easier transportation and installation. Its multi-port configuration includes top and side DHW connections to allow for new and retrofit installations.
