Designed to work with an 80 qt. bowl on Hobart HL800 and HL1400 all-purpose Legacy mixers, this EDDOUGH-HL80 aluminum "ED" dough hook folds and stretches even the thickest pizza dough, bread dough, and more! This product's recommended setting is first and second speeds for 2 and 3-speed mixers, and first, second, and third speeds for 4-speed mixers.
