Rapidly process salads, dips, chopped steaks, and other fine foods with the Hobart 84145-2 food cutter. This powerful kitchen workhorse comes complete with a 14" stainless steel bowl, cutlery-grade, stainless steel knives, a stainless steel knife comb, and 3" stainless steel legs with rubber feet.
A durable 1/2 horsepower motor ensures a constant 22 RPM bowl rotation, as well as a 1725 RPM knife rotation to meet the most demanding operations. Watch as food products are reduced to a uniformly small particle size for salads, spreads, bread crumbs, and other budget-friendly recipes.
For excellent cleaning and sanitation, the Hobart 84145-2 food cutter can be easily disassembled without the use of tools. In fact, the bowl, bowl cover, and knives are all easily removable after use. Additionally, the 84145-2's housing is designed of 1-piece, burnished aluminum, and contains no cracks or crevices to trap food particles.

This buffalo chopper sits in the back kitchen whenever we need it. The machine itself does the work of coarsely chopping items (mostly proteins) in a matter of minutes. However, there are a few pieces to this machine that can easily be lost.
