Special Dark Mocha:
2.5 oz. HERSHEY'S Special Dark syrup, divided
3 scoops (1 1/2 cups) vanilla ice cream
5.3 oz. milk
1 oz. cold brewed espresso, or 2 oz. cold coffee plus 2 tsp. instant coffee
1 chocolate-covered strawberry
1. Drizzle 0.5 oz. Special Dark syrup into the bottom of a serving glass.
2. Add ice cream, milk, remaining Special Dark syrup, and espresso to a blender. Mix until smooth.
3. Pour mocha into the serving glass. Garnish with additional Special Dark syrup and a chocolate-covered strawberry. Serve immediately.
